Dr. phil. Heinz Stamer〔In German a Doctor of Philosophy is abbreviated as Dr. phil. (''doctor philosophiae'').〕 (4 November 1887 – 3 November 1958) was a ''Korvettenkapitän'' with the ''Kriegsmarine'' during World War II and a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross ((ドイツ語:Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes)).
